Dexcom Corporation seeks a Product Operations Manager – Release Manager to lead operational coordination for patient-facing mobile application releases. The role serves as the central coordination point across Product Management, R&D, Tech Support, and Marketing, owning release communications, maintaining release schedules, monitoring adoption metrics, and driving continuous improvement of release management processes. The position requires 8-12 years of related experience and involves managing multiple simultaneous releases while operating in a regulated healthcare environment.

Team
The Product Operations and Enablement team supports product teams in driving innovation through a frictionless, transparent, and repeatable operating model. The team removes friction from how product teams operate, surfaces what is working and what is not, and enables data-driven decisions through processes, dashboards, and playbooks.
Responsibilities
•Lead the operational rhythm for patient-facing mobile application releases, serving as the central point of coordination across Product Management, R&D, Tech Support, and Marketing.
•Own and drive all release communications, including release notes, launch timing, regional availability, FAQs, stakeholder updates, and release completion notifications.
•Establish and maintain a single source of truth for global software launches, release schedules, and launch visibility across the organization.
•Partner with Software PMs, Product Managers, and Marketing to ensure release readiness and alignment on features, timelines, known issues, and customer-facing communications.
•Support Product Managers with Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and other release-related processes.
•Monitor app rollout adoption metrics and release performance to ensure launches progress as expected.
•Consolidate and communicate post-release insights, including app store feedback, technical support trends, customer experience data, and customer sentiment to inform product decisions.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, escalate, and drive resolution of product issues following release.
•Lead app obsolescence efforts by coordinating the retirement of outdated application versions and driving automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
•Drive continuous improvement of release management, release communications, post-release monitoring, and broader product management processes.

•Proven understanding of mobile application release management, including familiarity with app store guidelines, release readiness practices, and compliance considerations.
•Experience with agile development methodologies and tools, and the ability to coordinate and manage multiple releases simultaneously.
•Strong analytical approach, with the ability to synthesize rollout adoption, customer sentiment, Tech Support trends, app store feedback, and other post-release signals into actionable insights.
•Experience operating within a regulated or quality-managed environment, such as medical device or healthcare technology, is a strong plus.

•Salary range: $122,500 to $204,100

Experience and Education Requirements
•Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 to 12 years of related experience.
•A graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.

Work Location
•Primary location is a home office. Must live within commuting distance of assigned Dexcom site, typically 75 miles or 120 km.
