Dexcom is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for FHIR APIs on an 18-month fixed-term contract. Based in Milan, Italy, this role focuses on managing interoperability solutions and FHIR API integrations with external healthcare systems and EHR platforms. The position involves gathering customer requirements, advising on solution design, coordinating with IT teams and software engineering, and ensuring successful implementation and testing of FHIR-based solutions.

This is an 18-month fixed-term technical consultant role directly supporting FHIR API interoperability development and integrations in Italy. The role reports to the Director of Interoperability Solutions Team based in the U.S. and is based in Milan, Italy.
The annualised base salary for this position is from 49,895.00 to 64,570.00 EUR gross. Final offer will depend on qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
This is a remote/home office role based in Italy. Travel within Italy is required (25 to 50%). If residing within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 120km), a hybrid working environment may be available.
