Allegion is seeking an IT Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementations across multiple manufacturing sites. The role involves managing the full ERP lifecycle from scoping through deployment, optimizing Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, and Distribution processes. Responsibilities include program strategy, process engineering, project execution, stakeholder alignment, and change management. The position requires 10+ years of IT program management experience, manufacturing expertise, and proven ERP implementation experience (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365), with a hybrid work arrangement and up to 25% travel.

As an IT Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for the full ERP lifecycle from initial scoping through multi-site deployment while actively leading process mapping sessions to optimize business processes. Bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders, you will facilitate critical discussions and drive the decisions necessary to transform Order-to-Cash (O2C), Supply Chain, and Distribution capabilities, including all integrated boundary applications. This high-impact hybrid role requires a blend of strategic program leadership and hands-on business analysis skillsets.
This position offers a flexible remote work arrangement with occasional on-site visits as needed. Travel up to 25% is required.

Program Strategy and Leadership
•Develop comprehensive program plans, objectives, and strategies that align tightly with organizational goals
•Lead ERP implementations from inception of scope and planning through execution, go-live, and post-implementation support
•Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking
•Effectively allocate resources including project team members, internal contractors, and external technology integration vendors
Process Engineering and Optimization
•Map current-state and design future-state processes for a multi-site manufacturing environment
•Identify process gaps and uncover opportunities for automation and efficiency within the ERP ecosystem
•Take ownership of the Technology Roadmap to support the broader Business Transformation Roadmap, partnering closely with assigned business leaders
Project Execution and Quality Assurance
•Lead the execution of multiple projects within the technology transformation roadmap
•Ensure strict adherence to PMO methodologies, best practices, and quality standards while monitoring progress and resolving issues across multiple facility rollouts
•Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation
•Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, align with industry best practices, and comply with relevant regulations including Sarbanes-Oxley
Stakeholder Alignment and Change Management
•Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive program sponsors, multi-site plant managers, and cross-functional teams
•Manage expectations to ensure deliverables meet the specific needs of supply chain and manufacturing leaders
•Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth project implementation and user adoption across various manufacturing sites
•Anticipate resistance, facilitate organizational readiness, and lead user training sessions
•Prepare and present regular, high-level status reports to senior management
What You Need to Succeed
•Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
•Master's degree, PMP, CBAP, or Scrum Master certification is a strong plus
•Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as an IT Program Manager successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects
•Strong IT experience and understanding of manufacturing business processes, specifically Order to Cash, Supply Chain, and Distribution
•Demonstrable experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred
•Proven track record of deploying systems and standardizing processes across a multi-site, potentially global, manufacturing company
•Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving results and understanding the financial impacts of supply chain operations
•Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate IT concepts for business stakeholders at all levels
•Knowledge of regulated systems and compliance standards including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities across different time zones and cultures
•Familiarity with emergent technologies and demonstrated experience with AI tools is a strong plus
