Job Description
This is a Program Manager position within the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. The role provides administrative and program support to the Division Director, including calendar management, expense reporting, meeting coordination, faculty communications, and data tracking. The position requires intermediate-level capabilities in program management, financial processes, process improvement, and peer leadership, with significant cross-functional collaboration throughout the health system.

Position Summary
The Program Manager provides support for calendar management, agenda, communications, and projects as requested by the Division Director. This role requires significant communication and collaboration across Vanderbilt Health and involves building strong relationships with peers throughout the medical center. After-hours communications and changes are frequently required. This is a hybrid position.
Key Responsibilities
•Track, submit, and assist with Division Director expense reports, reimbursements, travel expenses, and coordination with the recruitment office for recruitment-related expenses
•Maintain, develop, revise, and assist in creating presentations for division meetings and other meetings as requested by the Division Director
•Assist in leading and directing meetings such as daily leadership huddles
•Update and maintain faculty and staff distribution lists and keep division-wide meetings updated as faculty and staff onboard and offboard
•Track division-wide publications, achievements, and other data points as required by Vanderbilt Health, DOM, and the Division Director; report data monthly, quarterly, and annually depending on the audience
•Provide administrative and program support to Division Managers as needed
•Support faculty onboarding as needed, assisting the Business Process Manager and Administrative Manager

•Education: Bachelor's degree
•Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience
