Workday is seeking a Senior Project Manager for WSP (Workday Success Plans) Delivery, based in Warsaw, Poland. This role sits within the Advisory Services team and involves simultaneously managing several customer-facing projects, coordinating the delivery of packaged services to customers of all sizes and industries across EMEA.

About the Team

The Advisory Services Project Manager team drives the execution of projects, ensuring success, efficiency, and quality via project management practices. Project Managers serve as advocates for Workday, employees, and customers in equal measure, completing projects under budget and on time per the definition of each service.

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead the delivery of customer-facing Workday Success Plans services across EMEA, ensuring measurable impact and value
• •Clearly define project goals, scope, and delivery plans to keep stakeholders aligned and informed throughout
• •Build strong relationships and influence decision-makers across top EMEA customers to support their strategic goals
• •Guide customers through the Optimization Packages portfolio, helping them unlock the full potential of Workday Success Plans
• •Oversee a dynamic portfolio of projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and meeting delivery timelines
• •Share knowledge and provide guidance to project team members on WSP methodology and best practices
• •Work closely with customer project managers to anticipate risks, remove blockers, and ensure smooth execution
• •Facilitate impactful customer sessions and internal discussions, driving clarity and momentum
• •Oversee project logistics including forecasting, scheduling, and administrative tasks from start to finish

Requirements

• •Solid experience leading HCM, Payroll, or Financial implementations for small to mid-sized enterprises
• •Proven experience managing client relationships with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service
• •Able to navigate varied business contexts with minimal guidance
• •Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills, both written and verbal
• •Comfortable managing several engagements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• •Hands-on experience with platforms like Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or IBM
• •Knowledge of German and/or French is an added advantage, though not required

Work Model

This is a hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland. Employees spend at least 50% of their time each quarter in the office or in the field with customers, prospects, and partners. The remaining time may be worked from home.
