Role Summary

The Solution Delivery Associate Project Manager supports improving team capabilities including project data analysis and analytics, logistics, and project coordination. Primary data sources include Smartsheet, Salesforce, ServiceMax, and SAP. This individual proposes, collaborates, negotiates, presents, and publishes reports and dashboards to drive efficiencies in project methodologies, KPIs, and goals.

This role is also accountable for Clinical Laboratory Customer Implementation Project Execution from contract signature through project closure, with some pre-contract responsibility to set appropriate expectations for informatics migrations and other assigned projects.

Responsibilities

Project Management

• •Develop and communicate the holistic project plan to the project team, internal leadership, and customer stakeholders
• •Assemble and maintain the project schedule
• •Host regular meetings with internal and external project teams to monitor and control progress
• •Regularly update internal stakeholders on project status, trends, and forecasts
• •Maintain accurate and timely project data inputs on a weekly basis
• •Advise the customer on managing organizational change
• •Manage and communicate project risks impacting the project or organization
• •Engage local sales and service teams to underpin a sustainable product placement
• •Participate in continuous improvement sessions to further professionalize the Solutions Delivery team
• •Coordinate project resource availability and allocations with appropriate teams

Customer Experience Management

• •Interface effectively with different Waters departments to manage cross-functional processes and resolve issues impacting customers
• •Support sales partners efforts to attain business objectives
• •Continuously benchmark customer processes through Business Reviews, focusing on market trends and customer needs
• •Manage customer expectations by leading communications through formal business reviews and informal periodic calls and visits

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or engineering
• •1 or more years of clinical laboratory experience or equivalent
• •Project management experience in a technical or laboratory customer environment
• •Demonstrated understanding of US Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry
• •Knowledge of Standard Laboratory Practices and Laboratory Regulatory environment including CAP, CLIA, and COLA
• •Proven leadership abilities with accomplishments in cross-functional projects, teams, and programs
• •Excellent interpersonal skills including strong internal and external communication and presentation skills
• •Consistent professionalism in all customer and cross-team interactions
• •Proficiency in risk and escalation management and conflict resolution
• •Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management, Risk Management, and Change Management methodologies
• •Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience with laboratory instrumentation, automation systems, and informatics
• •Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• •Advanced degree in a relevant field
• •LEAN or Six Sigma knowledge or certification

Work Arrangement

This role requires a minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week. Primary work location is Sparks, MD (7 Loveton Circle).

Compensation

Salary Range: $83,100 to $133,000 USD Annual
