Job Description
Solventum is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and manage healthcare-related projects from conception to completion. The role requires ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include acting as a central point of contact, managing stakeholder relationships, developing project plans, tracking progress, and performing risk management. The position is remote with 10% domestic travel and requires 4-6 years of Health Information Project Management experience depending on education level.

Role
As a Project Manager in Health Information, you will serve as the central point of contact for projects both internally and externally, ensuring successful delivery across scope, schedule, and budget.
Responsibilities
•Act as one central point of contact for the project, both internally and externally
•Coordinate internal resources, clients, and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
•Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
•Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
•Work with clients to define expected project outcomes and deliverables
•Develop detailed project plans, monitor, track, and report progress
•Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
•Perform risk management to minimize project risks and escalate to management as needed
•Successfully manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders
•Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors
•Comply with professional and quality standards, corporate policies and procedures, and act in a manner consistent with Solventum's values and ethical standards
Required Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution and four (4) years of experience in Health Information Project Management
•OR High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of six (6) years of equivalent experience in Health Information Project Management
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management in Health Information and/or IT arena
Preferred Qualifications
•Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills using written and spoken English
•Attention to detail and outstanding follow through
•Experience using collaboration tools to manage and communicate with remote teams
•Excellent verbal, written, analytical problem solving, and organizational skills
•PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
•Knowledge of Solventum HIS products
•Ability to effectively communicate ideas and information to other individuals and teams
•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
•Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
•Proven ability to maintain a positive attitude in a team environment
Work Location and Travel
•Work location: Remote

Compensation and Benefits
•Expected compensation range: $96,000 - $132,000, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible

Onboarding Requirement
New employees hired for this position will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment.
