About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Communications & Content Strategy Manager to lead engagement with Media, Influencers and Consumers. This role is pivotal in building brand affinity, driving consumer resonance, and achieving business objectives through innovative Public Relations, influencer marketing and strategic content initiatives across our skin care brands.

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead overall Brand Influence and Engagement Strategy, defining the strategic direction for earned influence, content, activations, KOLs, and local brand storytelling
• •Lead and manage annual planning process with brand and agency partners (briefing, feedback)
• •Lead earned media strategy to drive organic content and influence AI Search
• •Lead Influencer strategy designed to meet business objectives for our brands
• •Partner with and oversee PR agency partner to execute influencer campaigns
• •Partner with multi-functional team on paid media strategy, social landscape assessments, creative best practices, and business plans
• •Lead and manage budget allocation and program performance reports
• •Track and analyze content performance to optimize future influencer strategies and partnerships
• •Drive strong operational excellence across workflows, timelines, approvals and execution

Qualifications

• •Bachelor's Degree
• •6-8+ years of previous professional experience in public relations, social media, digital marketing, content strategy and influencer marketing, ideally within the beauty sector
• •Experience working with the Canadian market, and familiarity with its cultural nuances and digital landscape

Compensation

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $93,000.00 - $116,200.00 per year
