Vantor is seeking a Director of Government Relations to support the overall U.S. government engagement strategy, reporting to the Vice President of Government Relations. The position is based in Herndon, VA with some telecommuting allowed based on mission requirements.
The Government Relations Director works as part of the Government Relations team to develop and execute federal advocacy activities in support of Vantor policy, regulatory, legislative, and budget objectives. This position will represent the Company with both legislative and executive branch representatives, coordinating content and messaging with industry leads. The role also coordinates Vantor engagement with certain industry groups and associations, and supports senior-level engagements in a wide variety of settings in support of strategic messaging objectives.
The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is $182,000.00 - $242,000.00 - $266,200.00 annually. Pay is based on experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. This position is also incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and/or individual results.
