The company delivers specialized mental health services covered by insurance and has helped tens of thousands of individuals receive autism diagnoses and access affirming therapy and community. They are growing rapidly and building the first-of-its-kind platform for this underserved population.

About the Role

The Strategy & Operations Associate for RCM will help drive all strategy and analytics related to revenue cycle management, helping the company collect revenue while ensuring clients can seamlessly access services. This individual will push data-driven solutions against RCM's key strategic priorities, owning everything from the initial analysis through the operational execution.

The role is cross-functional, collaborating closely with engineering, client experience, and vendor partners. Given the company's lean team structure, this is a rare early-career opportunity to move the needle on core business KPIs with high-visibility exposure to senior leadership at an early-stage, high-growth startup.

This role is NYC-based with 3-5 days per week in the Chelsea office.

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead high-impact initiatives that drive company growth, such as reducing claim denials, by breaking them into actionable sprint-based plans
• •Coordinate across engineering, operations, clinical, and client experience teams to launch effective solutions
• •Design reporting that translates complex revenue cycle data into clear insights that drive decisions
• •Self-teach tools as needed and do hands-on, low-level work to move fast rather than waiting on others
• •Build analyses and models from the ground up to support strategic decision-making

About You

• •1-2 years of experience in management consulting or investment banking
• •No healthcare or RCM background required; first-principles thinking and fast learning are valued over domain experience
• •Driven by data; able to break down complex problems into simple, actionable insights
• •Action-oriented with an 80/20 approach; biases toward impact and finds scrappy solutions
• •Thrives in early-stage ambiguity; takes ownership without being asked and moves fast with limited direction
