The role requires developing business strategies, managing multiple analysts, collaborating across departments, and making data-driven decisions in financial services. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of quantitative and qualitative analysis experience, 2+ years of people management, and 2+ years of project management experience.

•Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One in the face of shifting consumer and regulatory demands

•May manage and develop multiple analysts
•Coaching and mentoring associates with a goal of developing and retaining talent at Capital One

•McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000
•Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100
•New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900
•Riverwoods, IL: $209,500 - $239,100
•Chicago, IL: $209,500 - $239,100
