Job Description
Healogics seeks a Project Manager - Strategy to lead strategic initiatives within their strategy team. The role involves project management, cross-functional collaboration with executives, process excellence, vendor management, and team leadership. The successful candidate will use data analysis, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and strong communication skills to define processes, execute projects, and contribute to key organizational results. This is a remote position with a preferred location in Jacksonville, FL.
Overview
Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing.
As a Manager for Strategic Projects at Healogics you will combine strong data analysis, project management, business, technical and personal leadership skills to lead Healogics' initiatives within the strategy team. This role works cross-functionally across the organization and with executives to define processes, execute on projects, and contribute to key results.
Responsibilities
•Create process excellence in Strategy Team-specific initiatives by providing project management leadership to define and execute on critical projects.
•Develop reference material for the organization on key processes and activities.
•Direct project resources in a matrixed organization with referential authority to achieve project outcomes.
•Manage vendor relationships and consultants as required by different projects.
•Lead meetings to facilitate successful outcomes and accelerate project timelines.
•Manage inter-project dependencies and risks to create successful outcomes.
•Manage multiple projects and ongoing operational responsibilities while monitoring, summarizing, communicating, and reporting status.
•Take projects from original concept through final implementation.
•Develop all aspects of projects, including a detailed project plan and schedule.
•Assemble project teams, identify appropriate resources, assign responsibilities, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion.
•Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
•Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies and analytics to support analysis, planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of key projects.
•Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor progress, identify variances, and perform corrective actions.
•Record detailed customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders to establish project deliverables using requirement-gathering techniques.
•Act as a strong leader and facilitator in the development and implementation of work processes for identifying, sharing, and institutionalizing operational best practices.
•Identify new Continuous Improvement and/or Project Management tools or techniques and leverage them for adoption by corporate or field partners.
•Train and mentor team members in areas of expertise.
•Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst; healthcare setting preferred.
•Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
•Proficient in project management software.
•Project Management Professional (PMP) credential preferred.
•Jacksonville, FL applicants are preferred (role is remote).

Compensation
The base salary for this position generally ranges between $80,000 and $95,000, based on candidate qualifications, education, experience, geography, and operational needs.
