Responsibilities

• •Maintain and develop business relationships with brokers, domestic insurers, in-house brokers, and other related business partners such as major clients and associations
• •Initiate and organize events, seminars, trainings, and other promotional activities for brokers and external partners in line with the growth strategy; conduct product promotion with PCs
• •Understand the company's operation procedures and ensure CBE operations appropriately align with compliance
• •Conduct company channel portfolio and market analysis; update insurers and insurance brokers market information
• •Control expenses to ensure operations remain within limits
• •Participate in AIG corporate AML training and perform AML-related duties including KYC, large/suspicious transaction reports, and high-risk customer reports
• •Complete ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by managers

Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree or above
• •P&C insurance or broking experience preferred
• •Experience servicing and dealing with major enterprise accounts preferred
• •Good interpersonal skills, team player, and mature professional
• •High sense of responsibility, resilience, and self-driven attitude
• •Passion for innovation and patience in delivery
• •Fluent in both spoken and written English
• •Strong overall communication skills for managing multiple contacts in complex projects
• •Ability to develop relationships and partnerships compatibly and creatively
