Role Summary
The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for overseeing Coca-Cola India & Southwest Asia Operating Unit's (INSWA OU) end-to-end Talent Acquisition cycle. This role also owns and manages the Management Trainee program in India and leads the Mantra Internship program in close collaboration with the Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition APAC, the candidate will join the networked team and the INSWA OU HR Leadership team.
What You'll Do
•Drive and execute end-to-end recruiting and consultation including market research, building robust pipelines for critical skills, sourcing, talent assessment, interview and offer management.
•Work with system partners to enable system talent exchange for talent and business needs, building durable talent pipelines, scalable programs, and shared TA capability across the INSWA system.
•Manage employer branding initiatives and internal referral programs.
•Foster and maintain relationships with key partners and leadership to understand business objectives and key skills needed to support company growth.
•Provide external insights on the talent market including demographic trends and employment projections, and develop holistic talent attraction, sourcing and hiring strategies.
•Deliver recruitment priorities leveraging both internal and external talent channels while collaborating with Talent, HR and Leadership teams.
•Identify, develop and implement innovative sourcing and talent mapping strategies for key roles and critical skills that result in quality talent pipelines aligned to business objectives.
•Partner with internal teams (local and global) on identifying and executing operational efficiencies.
•Own and manage the best-in-class Management Trainee program including campus and platform partnerships, multi-stage evaluation, selection, onboarding and alumni engagement.
•Lead the Mantra Internship program in partnership with Marketing.
Qualifications and Requirements
•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
•8 or more years of experience with a history of success recruiting qualified talent in a complex global environment and/or recruitment search firm.
•Early careers recruitment experience is preferred.
•Experience influencing executives across various disciplines, functions and geographies.
•Strong sourcing capability and ability to act as a talent ambassador.
•Strong operational experience with recruitment tools and processes.
•Ability to apply business acumen and drive operational excellence while anticipating and adapting to changing business needs.
•Demonstrates a strong digital-first mindset with an understanding of how technology, data, and digital tools can be leveraged to drive business performance and innovation.
