You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
You bring strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools (E.g. Excel, Tableau).
You are an effective communicator who can translate complex topics into clear, actionable information for diverse audiences.
You are collaborative and proactive, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong internal partnerships.
You demonstrate sound judgment and a commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and data privacy principles.
You are adaptable and solution-oriented, with a growth mindset and interest in evolving people’s initiatives.
You have knowledge of Labour laws and regulations and RBA code.
Prior experience working in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
