Egis is seeking a Regional Learning & Development Specialist to support the deployment of their Group L&D strategy across the EURA region. The role involves acting as a key link between Corporate L&D, regional HR, and business leaders to translate Group priorities into practical regional learning programmes. Key responsibilities include consolidating capability needs, building annual training plans, managing L&D budgets, deploying learning programmes, driving Oracle/EARTH Learning module adoption, and supporting AI-driven transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of L&D experience in an international or multi-country environment, preferably within engineering, consulting, or infrastructure sectors, with strong business partnering skills and data-driven capabilities.

Reporting to the Regional HRD, this role will act as a key link between Corporate Learning & Development, regional HR, country HR teams and business leaders.
You will help translate Group priorities into practical regional learning programmes that support business performance, workforce transformation and future skills. A key focus of the role will be preparing our workforce for AI-driven transformation, including supporting AI upskilling, digital capability development, responsible use of new technologies and the transition towards augmented ways of working.
This is a regional role that requires strong business partnering, structure and execution. You will work across multiple countries and stakeholders to understand capability needs, build regional learning plans, support learning transformation and ensure learning activity is consistent, engaging and measurable.
We are looking for someone with strong Learning & Development experience, ideally gained within an international, regional or multi-country environment. You will bring a practical and business-focused approach to L&D, with the ability to turn business priorities into clear learning plans, capability programmes and workforce development activity.
