As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist within Executive & Key Positions, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for executive and key roles, from needs analysis and requirements profiling through to selection, interviews, assessment, and placement.
You will work closely with managers and leadership functions as a strategic partner and advisor in recruitment and talent attraction, providing market insights and ensuring high-quality, accurate recruitment processes that create a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Linköping. The role involves travel within Sweden and internationally as needed.
