As the Senior Recruiter at Capital One Canada, you play a pivotal role in recruitment. You are responsible for recruiting and sourcing technology and business professionals including Software Engineers, Engineering Leaders, Technical Program Managers, and other roles. You take a creative approach to seeking out the best talent, employing innovative recruiting techniques that enable Capital One to be a best-in-class recruitment shop.
In partnership with your team, you will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to business clients, and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience.
The expected annual salary range for this position is $94,800 - $108,200. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es).
