The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Senior Recruiter for their Midwest Division to manage full-service recruitment processes for entry-level through senior-level positions. The role involves developing talent pipelines, supporting hiring managers, coordinating with executive recruiters, and managing the recruitment database. The successful candidate will implement effective recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, and ensure positive candidate experiences while supporting mid-level hiring needs.
The Senior Recruiter provides full-service recruitment processes for the Midwest Division of The Nature Conservancy, supporting the full vertical of hiring needs from entry level to senior level roles (Manager-Director level). This person will develop a pipeline of potential talent, network and build partnerships, provide guidance and support to hiring managers, and manage the recruitment database.
The starting pay range for this position is generally within $93,245 to $113,900 for candidates employed in the USA. Actual pay will depend on location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
