Job Description
Blue Origin is hiring a Full-Lifecycle Recruiter (Fixed-Term) for their Early Career Recruiting team to identify and recruit entry-level engineering talent. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring engineering candidates while partnering with hiring managers and business leaders. This is an on-site position requiring 4+ years of technical recruiting experience in engineering, manufacturing, or IT positions.

This role is part of the Talent Acquisition team supporting Blue Origin's Early Career Recruiting team. You will recruit entry-level engineering talent across all areas of engineering. This is a Fixed Term, on-site position. Remote work is not available for this role.
Responsibilities
•Act as subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor to leadership at all levels
•Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks and pipelines; create and execute robust search strategies, calibrate candidates with hiring managers
•Develop prospects into candidates; engage, sustain relationships, screen and interview
•Collaborate, coach and develop other members of the Talent Acquisition Team
•Partner with hiring managers, business unit leaders and other members of Team Blue by leading and participating in scoping discussions, weekly tag ups and candidate debriefs
•Prepare and contribute to search status reports and lead or participate in client update meetings on active searches
•Dive deep with an inquisitive mindset into the technical requirements of the requisitions and business units you will be supporting
Minimum Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in recruiting
•4+ years of Technical Recruiting experience including Engineering, Manufacturing, or IT positions
•Strong professional communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence and advise business leaders
•Demonstrated success in generating leads using a variety of platforms and sourcing methods
Preferred Qualifications
•Experience in Manufacturing, Space, Aerospace and Defense, Oil and Gas, Nuclear Power, Technology, or Aviation industries
•Proficiency with Workday
•Exempt and non-exempt position recruiting experience
•Combination of agency and corporate environment recruiting experience
•High volume recruiting experience
•Startup experience
Compensation and Benefits
•Base pay range for WA applicants: $112,059.00 - $156,882.60
