Overview

The Senior Regional Recruiter provides full-service recruitment processes for The Nature Conservancy's Asia Pacific Region, supporting the full vertical of hiring needs from entry level to senior level roles (Manager-Director level). This person will develop a pipeline of potential talent, network and build partnerships, provide guidance and support to hiring managers, and manage the recruitment database. They will recruit and hire mid-level positions in the Region and coordinate with Executive Recruiters on executive level positions.

What You'll Do

• •Serve as a partner and subject matter expert for hiring managers across the Asia Pacific Region
• •Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including smooth transition to the onboarding process
• •Bring innovative ideas to build and implement effective, proactive, and efficient recruitment strategies
• •Review job postings and create candidate profiles
• •Use the HR Recruitment process and system to post jobs, update applicant status, and communicate with applicants
• •Conduct pre-screening and phone interviews
• •Network with associations and build external partnerships
• •Provide guidance and information to hiring managers and Operations staff
• •Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities
• •Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
• •Work to ensure Asia Pacific Region talent goals and strategies are achieved and best practices are followed

What You'll Bring

• •Experience working with and reporting out to Director and VP level clients
• •Experience in sourcing, including candidate identification, research, outreach, or candidate development
• •Experience in database management and spreadsheet software, constructing and producing reports, and data input, manipulation, and analysis
• •Experience managing confidential documents and retention processes
• •Experience communicating and developing relationships with a broad range of audiences including global teams
• •Experience with prioritizing and organizing work while attending to details
• •Experience working with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• •Experience working with applicant tracking systems; Workday experience a plus
• •Experience working in a start-up like environment and assisting to create or roll out new processes or projects is a plus

• •Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience
• •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• •Fluency in foreign language(s) to support global operations
• •Ability and willingness to travel
