Kody is seeking a HR Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. As we expand our European footprint, this role will be pivotal in driving our growth across the UK and EU. We are looking for a professional, adaptable, and hands-on HR practitioner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building teams from the ground up.

Role Overview

This role is a dynamic blend of Talent Acquisition and People Operations. You will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from screening top candidates and managing reference checks to driving seamless onboarding, everyday HR routines, and conducting thoughtful off-boarding talks.

Key Responsibilities

• •Manage the full interview process end-to-end, ensuring a smooth, responsive, and positive candidate experience.
• •Lead the onboarding and orientation process for new joiners across the UK and EU to ensure seamless integration.
• •Handle daily HR administration, including employee record maintenance and basic payroll/benefits coordination.
• •Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, leave, and workplace support.
• •Ensure local HR compliance with UK employment laws and basic European labor regulations.
• •Manage the end-to-end offboarding process, including exit documentation and asset recovery coordination.

Requirements

• •3+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations roles, preferably in a fast-paced or start-up environment.
• •Hands-on experience conducting candidate screening interviews and managing end-to-end recruitment pipelines.
• •Familiarity with UK employment laws and Right to Work processes.
• •Knowledge of EU labor standards is a plus.
• •Chinese language proficiency.
• •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
