Human Resources Specialist role responsible for managing payroll processes, government compliance (Iqama, visa, WPS), recruitment, employee relations, medical insurance administration, and HR operations in Saudi Arabia. Requires 3+ years of HR experience with expertise in payroll, government platforms, recruitment, and knowledge of Saudi labor regulations.
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to manage a broad range of HR functions including payroll, government relations, recruitment, employee relations, and medical insurance administration.
Responsibilities
Payroll and Attendance
•Manage and review monthly payroll processes, ensuring accurate salary, allowance, deduction, and entitlement calculations.
•Prepare and submit payroll files and monitor compliance with the Wage Protection System (WPS).
•Monitor attendance, leaves, allowances, and monthly payroll adjustments.
Government Relations and Compliance
•Manage and update employee information across relevant government platforms.
•Handle employee contracts and government-related HR transactions.
•Follow up on Iqama, visa, renewals, transfers, and other employee-related government requirements.
•Coordinate with government authorities and external service providers to complete required transactions.
•Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and Saudi labor regulations.
Recruitment and Onboarding
•Manage the recruitment process from manpower requests through employee onboarding.
•Post vacancies, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates.
•Prepare job offers and complete pre-employment and onboarding requirements.
Employee Relations
•Handle employee inquiries, requests, complaints, and HR-related matters.
•Manage employee leaves, resignations, terminations, warnings, and disciplinary procedures.
Medical Insurance
•Manage and administer medical insurance for employees and eligible dependents.
•Add, remove, and update employees and dependents under the medical insurance policy.
•Coordinate with insurance companies and brokers to resolve claims, requests, and coverage-related issues.
•Follow up on medical insurance renewals and ensure continuous coverage.
Reporting and Administration
•Prepare HR reports and data related to payroll, recruitment, employees, insurance, and government transactions.
•Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of employee records and HR information.
•Provide day-to-day HR support and coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient HR operations.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
•Hands-on experience in payroll, government platforms, government relations, recruitment, employee relations, and medical insurance.
•Good knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR regulations.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
•Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
•High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
