Its capabilities include data science, software development, network engineering, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), and logistics.

SOSi is seeking a UI/UX Designer to provide user interface and user experience design, research, and development plans in support of the Sponsor's applications. The role leverages expertise in UI/UX design principles, human-centered design, and user research to create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences.

Essential Job Duties

• •Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• •Create user personas, user flows, and wireframes to inform design decisions.
• •Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the Sponsor's digital assets.
• •Design UI elements such as navigation menus, search boxes, and CTAs to enhance user experience.
• •Create high-fidelity prototypes and test designs to validate user experience.
• •Collaborate with development teams, stakeholders, and Sponsor's representatives to ensure design requirements are being met.
• •Provide guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities.
• •Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

• •Active Top Secret clearance.
• •Experience with user research methodologies including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• •Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• •Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma and Axure.
• •Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and design thinking.
• •Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals to communicate design requirements to development teams.
• •Experience with design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across digital assets.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience with mobile and web application design, including responsive design principles and mobile-specific design considerations.
• •Familiarity with the Sponsor's existing design systems and brand guidelines.
• •Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in UI/UX design such as AR/VR and voice UI.
• •Experience with usability testing and user feedback analysis to inform and iterate on design solutions.
