Overview

Lago is seeking a passionate and creative E-commerce Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our online presence by designing visually compelling graphics that captivate our audience and elevate our brand.

You will work closely with our marketing, product, and development teams to create designs that align with our vision and resonate with our customers. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to push the boundaries of e-commerce design.

Location and Compensation

• •Remote: Latin America only (Argentina, Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, El Salvador)
• •Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM PST (40 hrs/week)
• •Salary: Up to $12 per hour ($1,900 - $2,000 Monthly USD)

Responsibilities

• •Design marketing and sales collateral, including decks, one-pagers, case studies, and brochures
• •Design event materials such as invites, signage, and booth assets
• •Design landing pages for campaigns and event registration
• •Design digital and print ads, website graphics, and social media graphics
• •Maintain the company's visual brand identity and consistency across all materials
• •Proofread materials for accuracy and clarity before distribution to clients or prospects
• •Manage multiple design requests simultaneously and meet deadlines

Requirements

• •4-7 years of related experience in graphic design, with 2+ years highly relevant to e-commerce
• •Strong working knowledge of creating compelling visuals for e-commerce or Amazon sellers and products to enhance product listings and drive sales
• •Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• •B2B design experience required
• •Strong portfolio in branding, digital, and marketing design
• •Advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written (C1 level)
• •Demonstrates excellent understanding of department practices, procedures, and specialized functions
• •Applies good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
