ProMach is seeking a Marketing Manager for their Labeling & Coding business unit. This role involves developing and implementing creative marketing communication strategies and materials to support business growth and brand awareness. The position requires managing marketing teams, directing digital and traditional advertising campaigns, overseeing brand standards, managing vendor relationships, and supporting product launches. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of marketing or creative agency experience, expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, strong project management skills, and proficiency with marketing automation and CRM systems.
Overview
ProMach is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development, production, and implementation of creative marketing communication tactics and materials for its Labeling & Coding business unit. This role supports strategic business growth while enhancing brand equity and awareness across a complex group of brands.
This position has both strategic and tactical aspects, requiring the ability to shift between high-level thinking and detailed execution. The Marketing Manager will work in partnership under the direction of the Senior Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities
•Direct, develop, and execute creative communication solutions for digital and traditional advertising and marketing channels aligned with business unit creative direction and ProMach graphic standards
•Differentiate ProMach's Labeling & Coding Group and product brands (ID Technology, EPI, Code Tech, Greydon, and Panther)
•Collaborate with the Labeling & Coding Marketing Team to establish new creative marketing ideas and innovations to enhance brand messaging and drive profitable growth
•Manage and develop Marketing Specialist team member(s) in person or from remote locations
•Support agency and vendor relationships for branding, advertising, and website development
•Support implementation of marketing automation software and email marketing to generate leads and revenue
•Create and direct development of new video marketing campaigns and resources to showcase the Labeling & Coding portfolio
•Support relationships with key trade publications, directories, and various media outlets
•Support product marketing launches to assure commercial success of new products and solutions
•Manage the ongoing development and curation of graphics, imagery, and video assets, including oversight of photography and videography production
•Help maintain consistent brand standards across individual product brands in all mediums including print, digital, documentation, machinery, and apparel
•Collaborate with HR in the implementation of Employer Branding activities
•Support integration of new acquisitions into the Labeling & Coding Group
•Support the Senior Director of Marketing and leadership team in developing or implementing strategies to capture new opportunities
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
•Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a creative agency or marketing communications environment, preferably in packaging or a B2B industry
•Experience in the development, implementation, and management of brand identity standards
•Experience managing and working with remote teams
•Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems
•Experience with content management systems for websites, direct email marketing, blogs, and social media
•Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media and social media
•Strong creativity, proofing, and visual design skills, including ability to present concepts verbally and visually
•Experience in managing or producing video content from pre-visualization through production
•Expertise in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
•Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite with advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere
•Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
•Self-directed and works well in a team environment
•Ability to travel as needed (approximately 25%)
