The AI Engagement Manager is a forward-deployed, hands-on consultant who works with AI technology partners to deliver consulting services that maximize value realization from Generative AI investments. Embedded across different enterprise client accounts, you will drive seamless execution of AI transformation initiatives, ensuring clients achieve measurable business outcomes through workflow automation and content supply chain innovation.
Working directly with forward-deployed engineers, creative technologists and client teams, you will own tactical delivery coordination — from scrum ceremonies and documentation to enablement rollouts and adoption support.

The compensation range for this role is $145,000 - $175,000 and spans multiple levels. Actual compensation is influenced by skill set, level of experience, budget, and location.
