Scale Tech, a software development and staffing agency, is hiring an Affiliate Marketing & Communications Manager to drive growth for one of their consumer products. The role involves end-to-end ownership of marketing strategy, including affiliate acquisition and relationship management, running paid campaigns across third-party platforms, creating marketing creative (banners, GIFs, videos), managing social media presence, and representing the company at industry conferences. The ideal candidate has B2C marketing experience, proven affiliate management skills, creative capabilities, and familiarity with regulated industries.

We are looking for a hands-on Affiliate Marketing and Communications Manager to drive growth for one of these products through affiliate marketing, paid campaigns, and creative execution.
You will own the marketing engine end-to-end, from sourcing and managing affiliates to producing creative that converts and representing the company at industry events.
