Overview

TalentReach is hiring on behalf of a growing mental health technology company seeking a Practice Advisor (Account Executive) to help expand its network of mental health providers across the United States. This role is remote and based in the New York or Boston metropolitan area.

As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you will build relationships with individual practitioners and small group practices, helping them identify solutions that support the growth and success of their businesses. This role combines high-volume outreach with consultative selling and is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys building trust, managing a busy pipeline, and closing new business.

What You'll Do

• •Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close and customer handoff
• •Manage a pipeline consisting of approximately 75% outbound and 25% inbound opportunities
• •Follow up with warm outbound leads and prospective customers who have expressed interest or started the registration process
• •Conduct consultative discovery conversations with mental health providers to understand their practice, business goals, and operational challenges
• •Present a suite of solutions designed to support marketing, practice management, and business growth
• •Run a high-velocity sales process while maintaining a personalized, consultative approach
• •Close opportunities during initial conversations when appropriate
• •Maintain consistent follow-up with active prospects every two to three business days
• •Build outreach campaigns for new prospects, reconnect opportunities, and long-term nurturing
• •Engage prospects through phone, voicemail, personalized email, and text messaging
• •Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and opportunity details within HubSpot
• •Share customer feedback, objections, and market insights with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
• •Partner with post-sales teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience

Required Qualifications

• •3+ years of experience in full-cycle sales, Account Executive, business development, inside sales, or consultative sales roles
• •Demonstrated success exceeding goals in a high-activity, metrics-driven sales environment
• •Strong discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills
• •Experience managing a high-volume sales pipeline while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• •Experience selling to small business owners, independent professionals, or professional service providers
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• •Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
• •High personal accountability and ownership of results
• •Confidence navigating objections and thoughtfully challenging initial objections when appropriate
• •Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• •Adaptability within a fast-paced, evolving organization
• •Genuine passion for helping healthcare providers build stronger, more successful practices

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience selling healthcare technology, vertical SaaS, practice management software, payment solutions, marketplaces, or other business software
• •Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or another CRM platform
• •Experience selling into healthcare practices or other small business environments

Compensation

• •Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
• •On-Target Earnings (OTE): Approximately $95,000
