The Nature Conservancy seeks a Director of International Membership Systems, Operations and Analytics to lead the technology stack, business processes, and analytics for membership program expansion outside the US. This role involves managing a hub-and-spoke team across multiple countries (Hong Kong, Indonesia, and future deployments), overseeing CRM platforms, reporting capabilities, data governance, and fundraising operations to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
The Director, International Membership Systems, Operations and Analytics is responsible for standing up and managing the technology stack for the expansion of membership programs outside the US, currently in Hong Kong and Indonesia, with one new country being deployed every two years. This role leads and manages business processes and analytics for membership programs across multiple countries to provide efficient, donor-centric systems and operations, and to enable data-driven fundraising decisions that maximize revenue, donor growth, and operational fundraising efficiency.
The Director provides direction and leadership to a multidisciplinary team operating in a hub and spoke model, with a central team (hub) and local teams (spokes) in each individual country.
The starting pay range for candidates based in the USA is generally $113,450 to $165,450. Actual pay will depend on factors including location, qualifications, skills, and experience. Candidates outside the USA will have a different pay range in local currency based on the local labor market.
