ProSidian seeks a Program Manager (NDI1) located in Washington, DC (CONUS) to provide Nuclear and Environmental Management Sector related Risk Management Solutions for Technical Assistance to Support Design Engineering Inspections Services on behalf of The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).
Role Summary
Provide services and support as a Program Manager for Nuclear Design Inspections in the Nuclear and Environmental Management Industry Sector. The position focuses on Risk Management Solutions for the U.S. NRC - HQ Acquisition Management Division located in Washington, DC and across the Mid-Atlantic region.
Responsibilities and Duties
- •Oversee the entire contract and ensure successful execution of the project
- •Plan, organize, and coordinate all activities related to technical support of design engineering inspections
- •Craft a comprehensive strategic plan covering budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- •Manage budget, risk assessment, and schedule adherence
- •Coordinate with multiple teams and individuals to ensure seamless project execution
- •Maintain clear and consistent communication with the NRC and other stakeholders, providing regular progress updates
- •Manage risk assessment and mitigation plans to ensure project goals align with safety and regulatory standards
- •Safeguard the integrity of the nuclear industry through compliance with regulatory requirements

Education and Experience Requirements
- •Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering
- •At least 3 years of experience managing complex technical projects, preferably in the nuclear industry
- •Proven experience in program or project management
- •Relevant certifications in project management are beneficial
