Job Description
Bosch is hiring an Innovation Campaign Administrator to manage innovation cycles, timelines, and milestones while providing market intelligence using AI tools. The role involves organizing innovation events, conducting market research, managing communications through reports and internal portals, and serving as the voice of the Innovation department to keep stakeholders informed of industry trends and innovation progress.

Role
The Innovation Campaign Administrator supports the innovation agenda at Bosch by administering innovation campaigns, providing market intelligence, and managing internal and external communications for the Innovation department.
Responsibilities
Administer Innovation Campaigns
•Control the master schedule and timeline management for all innovation cycles by setting clear deadlines for project milestones to ensure adherence with the overarching program calendar.
•Assess and contribute to resolving roadblocks for teams with respect to timelines, technical and legal reviews to achieve project milestones.
•Organize the physical and digital infrastructure of innovation events including demo days, workshops, and selection committee meetings.
Market Intelligence
•Conduct desk research on macro-trends, emerging technologies, competitor moves, and startup ecosystems to support specific team use cases.
•Provide qualitative and quantitative market data summaries such as one-page briefs or landscape maps for internal innovation projects.
•Report and communicate global and regional mobility and technology trends to help the team identify potential risks and new pipeline opportunities.
Innovation Communications
•Draft the Innovation Pulse strategic report highlighting startup success stories, progress of innovation teams, pilot milestones, and industry trends for leadership and innovation cohorts.
•Define and contribute to designing and executing Innovation townhalls, innovation walks, and Innovation Days to exhibit technology capabilities.
•Manage the internal innovation portal to foster a community of innovators and maintain steady engagement.
•Provide concise, high-impact messaging for leaders to use in strategic updates to ensure a consistent innovation narrative across all levels.
Education
•Bachelors Degree in any stream (mandatory)
•Preferred: MBA, MS, or PGDM in General Management, Marketing and Business Analytics, Innovation, or Technology Management
Experience
•0 to 2 years of experience in Mobility, Electronics, Telecom, or Energy sectors
