The Sr. Program Manager of Digital Adoption & Change Management leads enterprise initiatives that accelerate technology adoption, drive measurable business outcomes, and maximize the value of IT investments across the organization. Operating within the OCIO, this role partners with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and AI transformation teams to establish adoption strategies, value realization frameworks, AI governance practices, and business impact measurements. The role serves as a critical connector between AI technology delivery and business outcomes.
Base Pay Range: $137,800 - $234,300 Annually
