Rockwell Automation is hiring a Program Manager to lead sustaining and new product development programs encompassing hardware, embedded software, and software solutions. The position reports to the Manager of Program Management with a hybrid schedule based in Katowice, Poland.

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead a program of sustaining and new product development projects encompassing Hardware, Embedded Software, and Software Solutions.
This role is based in Katowice, Poland with a hybrid schedule. You will report to the Manager, Program Management.
Role Summary
You will connect strategy to program execution to develop a near-term (1-2 years) investment roadmap that supports organizational goals. You will serve as the bridge between partners and technical teams, translating strategic goals into actionable plans while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Responsibilities
•Provide Portfolio/Program Management expertise in planning, execution, and leadership of programs
•Establish and maintain program roadmaps, including dependencies, capacity assumptions, and release content plans
•Facilitate operating schedule and governance rhythm for portfolio reviews, intake, syncs, and strategic reviews
•Establish investment budgets for Annual Operating planning
•Manage portfolio/program budgets and forecasting
•Produce program-level reporting and provide partner management communications
•Identify, assess, and manage issues that may affect program/portfolio success
•Champion Lean Portfolio Management best practices, tools, and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
•Collaborate with business teams to define investment scope and business cases
•Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate business demand and required capacity/capability to deliver the portfolio roadmap
•Collaborate with execution leadership across Project Management, Product Management, and Engineering Management to monitor execution status
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
•Legal authorization to work in the EU is required; visa sponsorship is not available
Preferred Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
•8 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management
•Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects
•Experience with Agile methodologies
•High proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Jira Align, or MS Project
•PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification
