Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Program Manager III for Nursing Education to provide strategic program management support across nursing education programs. The role focuses on higher-level program management, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and cross-program coordination. The position reports to the Nursing Institute at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus and operates on a hybrid schedule (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, three days on-site after orientation). The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration with five years of related experience, or a Master's degree with four years of experience, along with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

The team is seeking an agile and versatile Program Manager who can support students and faculty while also providing support across additional nursing education programs that currently have limited program management resources.
This role supports the workforce pipeline and offers growth-oriented projects, mentorship, and exposure to both institute and department leadership with numerous opportunities for career growth in administrative and project/program management.
A caregiver in this position works Monday-Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, hybrid with three days in office following the 90-day on-site orientation period.
