The Program Manager role involves managing and overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met. This role focuses on achieving high levels of forecast accuracy, managing manufacturing costs, and project timelines aligned with the overall manufacturing capacity for a customer program. This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage resources with cross-functional teams, optimize operational processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction and manufacturing performance.

Responsibilities

• •Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
• •Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• •Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
• •Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
• •Review program proposals or plans to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing the program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of the program.
• •Establish work plans and staffing for each phase of the program and arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
• •Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction, with control for different accounts of various complexities.
• •Serve as the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation point in the event of customer issues.
• •Lead customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
• •Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
• •Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
• •Maintain excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.
• •Support production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business expertise.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or sciences; MBA is preferred.
• •Advanced English proficiency.
• •Senior experience in program administration, management, or a related area.
• •Demonstrated advanced operations, technical, and people or process skills as well as customer relationship skills.
• •Knowledge of multiple functional technologies, processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site level.
• •Accountability for program wellness.
• •Expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of related business.
• •Detailed expertise in very complex functional or technical areas or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas.
• •Understanding of the strategic impact of the function across the site.
