GE HealthCare is seeking a Project Manager to oversee healthcare product and equipment project delivery from planning to installation and handover. The role involves managing turnkey and non-turnkey projects, coordinating resources, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring project profitability. Based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha with hybrid work (3 days/week in office), the position requires a BE in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering with 4+ years of healthcare project management experience.

The Project Manager role is responsible for project delivery, profit and loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. The position is based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 3 days per week in the office.
Roles and Responsibilities
•Manage Turnkey as well as Non-Turnkey or Product/Equipment projects, ensuring effective supervision and coordination of project resources for small- to medium-scale initiatives, including equipment-only deliveries, product suites, or non-turnkey project scopes.
•Expand and apply technical expertise within your discipline to support the execution of policies and strategies, including contributing in specialized technical areas while continuing to develop advanced skills.
•Possess a foundational understanding of key business drivers and use this knowledge to complete assigned tasks, demonstrating awareness of how your work aligns with broader organizational goals.
•Exercise a moderate level of decision-making autonomy within established frameworks, addressing issues requiring solid technical insight and sound judgment, while consulting senior team members for situations beyond defined guidelines.
•Utilize strong interpersonal skills and potentially lead junior staff.
•In customer-facing responsibilities, build and maintain productive customer relationships, acting as the primary liaison between the customer and GEHC, and communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
Required Qualifications
•BE in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
•Over 4 years of project management experience in healthcare projects and/or interior fit-out works.
Desired Characteristics
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong ability to plan, document, promote, and execute programs effectively.
•Must be willing to travel at least three days per week, or as required by project needs, within the assigned territory.
