Your Impact
- •Manage day-to-day operations of program and incentive reporting
- •Serve as a critical partner to internal and external stakeholders
- •Own medium-to-large projects from inception to completion, navigating complex cross-functional dependencies
- •Shape the quality and efficiency of functions by implementing process improvements
- •Apply analytical rigor to solve complex business problems
- •Deliver projects on schedule and mitigate risks
- •Foster seamless collaboration across teams
- •Reengineer processes to enhance productivity
- •Ensure the overall partner experience remains top-tier
Minimum Qualifications
- •4 to 5 or more years of professional experience in project or program management
- •3 or more years of demonstrated experience managing medium-to-large projects with cross-functional dependencies
- •Proven ability to identify and implement business or process improvements with measurable outcomes
- •3 or more years of experience applying governance and compliance frameworks to manage project risk and delivery standards
- •Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or SQL for tracking program metrics and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field, or a Master's certification in Project Management such as PMP or equivalent
- •Direct experience with Splunk channel processes and programs
- •Working knowledge of the integration of Splunk programs into Cisco 360 systems
- •Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needs
Compensation
The starting salary range for this position is $108,200 to $137,200 for U.S. and Canada locations, not including incentive compensation, equity, or benefits.
Location-specific ranges:
- •New York City Metro Area: $126,700 to $188,400
- •Non-Metro New York state and Washington state: $114,800 to $166,900
