Overview
Stryker is seeking a Senior Project Manager for OR Renovation based in Atlanta, GA. This field-based role involves leading the delivery of complex healthcare construction projects that transform surgical environments, from planning through completion.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead OR renovation and new construction projects from quote through customer sign-off
•Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and contractor relationships
•Oversee demolition, site preparation, construction activities, and installation readiness
•Coordinate contractors, architects, facility leaders, and healthcare stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
•Drive project planning, risk mitigation, vendor management, and customer satisfaction
•Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
What We're Looking For
•Experience managing construction projects, renovations, remodels, or capital projects
•Proven success overseeing contractors, construction scopes, demolition/tear-down activities, and project execution
•Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

Education
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business, or related field

Compensation and Travel
•Pay range: $102,600 - $171,000 USD annually
•Travel percentage: 60%
