Sensata is seeking an EDI Technical Project Manager to lead and manage the implementation of new EDI integration projects. Overview
The EDI Technical Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the successful implementation of new EDI integration projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines, all while upholding the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, documentation, and closing projects. You will elicit and document detailed requirements, create detailed project plans, assign tasks, and collaborate with development teams for implementation. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, you will drive effective communication and alignment to realize project objectives.
General Responsibilities
•Key participant in a small project or phases of a larger project
•Organize activities of project team, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of project
•Must be familiar with system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team
•Create project plans, communication plans, and all standard project documentation to ensure organization of the project team
•Conduct weekly project meetings to ensure deadlines are being met and the project is kept on target; drive for results and deadlines
•Provide timely updates to project business cases for stage gate approvals
Additional Responsibilities
•Support EDI and enterprise system projects by coordinating activities, schedules, resources, and project documentation
•Conduct post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement of project management practices, standards, and processes
•Support change management activities, evaluate impacts to scope and requirements, and implement necessary adjustments
•Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards through reviews, testing oversight, and corrective actions
•Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans to maintain project objectives
•Partner with stakeholders, trading partners, suppliers, and internal teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate project status, risks, and changes
Experience and Qualifications
•A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
•Strong business ethics with ability to practice and behave consistently in areas of business practice and conflicts of interest
•Effective communication skills to get the right message across to the right people at the right time
•Customer orientation with ability to identify and anticipate customer needs and integrate these into work

•Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management skills
•Proven ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and manage competing priorities
•Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
•Experience supporting manufacturing, planning, and supply chain initiatives
•Knowledge of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Integrated Business Planning, and Plan-to-Make business processes
•Experience leading Oracle EBS and/or Oracle SaaS implementation projects
•PMP certification preferred
