Anord Mardix, a Flex company and global leader in critical power solutions, is seeking a remote Project Manager based in the UK to manage multiple projects in the critical digital infrastructure sector. The role involves overseeing projects from specification to delivery, managing budgets and timelines, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating with clients and internal teams. This position will support SpinCo, a planned spin-off company focused on power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers, expected in Q1 2027.
Overview
Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is a global leader in critical power solutions. With facilities around the globe, Anord Mardix leads in critical power infrastructure, supporting a myriad of industries, from financial institutions to data centers.
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company (SpinCo), planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.
This is a remote position based in the UK.
Responsibilities
•Deliver projects to specification, on time, on schedule, in line with company standards of quality and safety, and to budget
•Manage multiple projects taking full ownership and responsibility
•Implement and manage project changes and interventions to required timescales and cost restrictions
•Control, monitor and manage assigned projects including regular reporting against plans and intervening where necessary to ensure timely delivery
•Ensure effective, timely and appropriate solutions are developed, communicated and implemented to fulfil business requirements
•Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, colleagues and associated third parties
•Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
•Return monthly applications and invoicing to the financial team on time and prepare final accounts with the Accounts department
•Provide concise and accurate reports to the Senior Projects Team Lead as required
•Promote, develop, and extend company business and comply with company directions and regulations
Requirements
•Electrical Engineering degree
•Project Management experience
•Experience in switchgear, Busbar, or Modular solutions is desirable
•Prince 2 or APM/PPM qualification is desirable
•Project Management certification would be advantageous
•SMSTS / ECS
•Full UK driving license
•Eligibility to work in the UK
•Flexibility for UK travel (some per month) and European travel (some per year)
