Live Nation Entertainment is hiring a Fan Research & Strategy Analyst for their Venue Nation division. This role involves designing and conducting consumer research projects, analyzing fan data, and translating insights into actionable strategies for venue operations, marketing, food & beverage, and fan experience. The analyst will work cross-functionally to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The Role
Venue Nation is seeking a highly driven data analyst to join the Fan Research & Strategy team as an Analyst of Fan Research & Strategy. This is a brand new, highly visible team with exciting potential for growth. The team is responsible for incorporating the fan perspective into all aspects of decision-making for our portfolio of venues, ensuring all decisions are data-driven.
What You Will Do
•Support the Fan Research manager on all research projects across quantitative and qualitative methodologies
•Work with cross-functional teams to distribute research activities among a highly passionate audience
•Design questionnaires, program surveys, monitor fieldwork, analyze data, and synthesize results
•Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategy and decision-making
•Incorporate first-party transaction data in primary research findings to deliver cohesive, data-driven stories
•Work collaboratively across all lines of business including food & beverage, fan experience, venue operations, and premium services to drive innovation across the organization
What You Will Bring
•Bachelor's Degree required
•1-2 years of work experience in consumer insights, either at a market research agency or in-house at an entertainment, media, or consumer brand
•Proven experience writing surveys, in-depth interview guides, and focus group discussion guides
•Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize large data sets into clear, actionable insights
•Keen eye for detail, especially when it comes to data accuracy in reporting
•Proficient in PowerPoint; comfortable creating polished, visually engaging reports
•Experience with self-service survey tools like Qualtrics or Alida
•Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as SPSS, Displayr, Tableau, or R is a plus
•Willingness to pitch in on every phase of a research project, from programming a survey to presenting results
•Ability to iterate quickly and adapt to business needs with agility
•Self-motivated; someone who thrives in uncertainty and is not afraid to take charge
•Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
•Eagerness to learn new platforms and methodologies
•Passionate about live music, media, and culture
•Based in the greater NYC area and able to work onsite 3 days per week
•Willing to travel to live music venues across the country as needed
Compensation
The expected compensation for this position is $56,000.00 USD - $70,000.00 USD. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
