Join the Network's newly established Network Business Enablement Strategy & Transformation Team. As a Senior Business Analyst at Capital One, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. You will team with world-class professionals to develop and test strategies that ultimately impact the bottom line, in a collaborative environment that values insight, encourages new responsibility, promotes continuous learning, and rewards innovation.
Why Join the Network

•Core focus areas include Structure (roles and strategic intent ownership), Process (cross-cutting workflows and governance), and People (skills, job families, and geo strategy).
•The goal is doing the analytical and alignment work needed to get business leaders on the same page and move projects into action.
What You Will Gain
•Executive Exposure: Regularly frame options, lead working sessions, and align recommendations directly with members of the Network Leadership Team.
•Broad Payments and Network Domain Knowledge: Deep exposure to how a global network functions, including commercial models, risk interactions, and product prioritization.
•Strong Launchpad for Future Roles: An end-to-end perspective on the business, making this a great stepping stone into future business, strategy, or operational roles.
•Sharper White-Space Problem-Solving: Build a strong toolkit for taking messy, unstructured business problems and turning them into clear, actionable decision frameworks.
Types of Projects
•White-Space Problem Solving and Workflow Mapping: Analyzing how work moves across teams, identifying operational friction points, untangling complex hand-offs, and defining clear ownership for core processes and strategic goals.
•Fact-Based Analysis and Leadership Alignment: Running qualitative and quantitative analyses, conducting stakeholder interviews, and synthesizing options into crisp, decision-ready recommendations for senior leadership.
•Capacity and Operational Readiness Modeling: Assessing organizational capability, required skill sets, location strategy, and enablement needs to ensure the Network is resourced to execute and scale efficiently.
Skills Required for Success
•Consulting or Generalist Background: Experience and comfort tackling white space problems or strategy and management consulting.
•Clear Executive Communication: Ability to synthesize complex discussions into simple, high-impact one-pagers and decision decks for executive forums.
•Cross-Functional Influence: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, navigate matrixed teams, and bring leaders together around a common recommendation.
•Problem Solving: A practical approach to gathering facts, conducting stakeholder interviews, and finding workable solutions without over-engineering.
•Results Focus and High Throughput: Ability to juggle multiple fast-moving priorities in parallel, driving high output while maintaining quality.
