Overview

This is a full-time Sales Business Development Manager role based across multiple locations in India including Bengaluru, Delhi, Chennai, Nagpur, Kerala, Pune, and Mumbai. The position is with a company operating in the customized 3D printing space for medical/surgical applications. Salary range is INR 2 to 6 LPA with a minimum of 1 year of experience required.

Responsibilities

• •Conduct timely daily field visits to maintain relationships with existing surgeons and identify new surgeons and applications
• •Coordinate and communicate with the design team and surgeons for design finalization
• •Create awareness about company technology and achievements among existing customers
• •Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of products
• •Update the Atulya software for all marketing-related activities in a timely manner
• •Build and maintain partnerships with hospitals and surgeons to generate consistent business
• •Ensure timely payment collection and follow-ups for all orders as per company systems
• •Escalate urgent or important matters to senior management to ensure customers are not adversely affected

Skills Required

• •Experience with biomedical devices and medical sales and marketing
• •Strong field sales and business development capabilities
• •Ability to coordinate across internal teams including design and dispatch
