We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join a growing professional services environment in Dubai. This client-facing role focuses on understanding business requirements, identifying suitable accounting and tax solutions, converting qualified leads, and building long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate will combine strong sales and business development capabilities with an understanding of UAE Accounting, VAT, and Corporate Tax. You should be confident engaging with business owners and decision-makers, presenting solutions, negotiating opportunities, and identifying avenues for account growth.

Key Responsibilities

• •Understand client business requirements and recommend appropriate accounting, VAT, and Corporate Tax services.
• •Identify, qualify, and convert sales opportunities into new business.
• •Present and sell accounting, tax, and compliance solutions to prospective clients.
• •Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client requirements.
• •Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations.
• •Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• •Convert company-formation clients into ongoing accounting and compliance clients.
• •Manage client relationships after the sale and support a smooth onboarding process.
• •Coordinate closely with accounting and internal teams to ensure services are delivered as committed.
• •Identify additional services that may benefit existing clients.
• •Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, conversions, and sales performance.
• •Build long-term relationships with business owners and key client stakeholders.
• •Stay informed about UAE accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, and business compliance requirements.
• •Participate in client meetings and travel when required, with approved business travel expenses reimbursed.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• •3+ years of experience in sales, business development, client servicing, or a similar client-facing role.
• •Proven ability to generate conversions, close business, and achieve sales objectives.
• •Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• •Excellent spoken and written English with a confident and professional communication style.
• •Comfortable engaging directly with business owners, decision-makers, and senior stakeholders.
• •Exposure to UAE Accounting, VAT, and Corporate Tax is highly desirable.
• •Experience in accounting, taxation, consultancy, corporate services, or professional services is an advantage.
• •Previous UAE market experience, particularly with B2B clients, is preferred.
• •Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into commercially relevant solutions.
• •Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• •Commercial mindset with a natural ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• •CA, ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent qualification is an advantage but not mandatory.
• •Comfortable working in a target-driven, client-focused environment.
• •Willingness to support client requirements outside standard working hours when necessary.
