AIG is seeking an A&H (Accident & Health) Business Development Manager to grow skills and experience as a valued member of the team in Brazil.

About the Role

AIG Underwriting teams help find insurance solutions across Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, and Multinational Clients. The goal is to unlock the full potential in each colleague, empowering people to grow as insurance professionals and add more value to customers and AIG.

Responsibilities

• •Ensure a consistent Sponsor approach across the Brazil A&H portfolio and build a robust pipeline that brings new business
• •Manage DDM tools and report data for Global and Regional teams
• •Support budget development, expense control, and management of business performance and sponsors' campaigns
• •Drive profitable growth and strengthen strategic partnerships using strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach
• •Identify business opportunities and develop effective solutions for partners and customers
• •Use data and performance insights to support sound business decisions
• •Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• •Contribute to negotiations and ensure that partnerships and products deliver sustainable value

Requirements

• •Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• •Product experience in Personal Insurance industry, with mandatory knowledge of A&H products: Personal Accident, Credit Life, and Credit PA, including P&L responsibility
• •Knowledge of DDM tools such as TARP/ARP management
• •Experience in Affinity Insurance market, including negotiation with sponsors and B2B deals
• •Knowledge of Partnerships Affinity including metric analysis and deal structure
• •Strong communication (oral and written) and influencing skills with proven ability to collaborate across multiple areas of the organization
• •Detail oriented with strong problem-solving ability
• •Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• •Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• •Fluent English language required (advanced proficiency in verbal and written skills)
• •Spanish language desirable
