Responsibilities

• •Partner with leaders to design and implement employee strategies within their areas of responsibility.
• •Act as the primary HR contact for assigned departments, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters.
• •Organize and manage data for Annual Salary Increases, FTE planning, and personnel cost forecasting.
• •Support strategic workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
• •Coordinate with HR Recruiting to fulfil staffing needs and participate in interviews when required.
• •Manage and coordinate HR-related topics and initiatives for the respective departments.
• •Contribute to talent management and succession planning efforts.
• •Assist leaders in salary change processes and training program selections.
• •Facilitate exit processes and ensure smooth transitions.
• •Coach and consult leaders on team development, leadership, and skill management.
• •Evaluate future business needs and recommend appropriate HR measures.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related field.
• •2 to 5 years of proven experience in a manufacturing industry as HR Business Partner or equivalent.
• •Strong experience in managing Labor Union relations and negotiations.
• •Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• •Professional proficiency in English Language.
• •Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
