Bakery is looking for a Senior Designer to help shape brand identities, campaigns, and cultural work for highly discerning clients. This role is about craft and range: taking an idea from concept to a finished, production-ready system, across print, packaging, digital, and environmental work. You'll work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Writers, and Strategists, and you'll be expected to hold your own in a room defending the work.

6+ years of experience in a top-tier agency or in-house creative team.
A well-curated portfolio that showcases branding, visual storytelling, campaign work, and exceptional craft.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.)
Strong illustration, typography, and layout skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
Experience working across print, digital, packaging, and environmental design.
The ability to juggle multiple projects and thrive in a fast-moving, high-output environment.
