Overview

A growing healthcare technology company is seeking a full-cycle Account Executive to help expand a reimbursement solution designed for mental health providers and their clients. This is an opportunity to be the first dedicated seller focused on this product line, playing a key role in shaping its growth strategy while helping providers improve patient access and increase practice revenue.

This role is remote but requires the candidate to be based in New York City or Boston.

What You'll Do

• •Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through close and customer handoff
• •Manage a pipeline consisting of approximately 75% outbound and 25% inbound opportunities
• •Engage providers through outbound campaigns, inbound inquiries, and product-generated leads
• •Conduct consultative discovery to understand each provider's business, patient population, reimbursement challenges, and growth goals
• •Educate providers on out-of-network reimbursement, claims workflows, superbills, and payer processes
• •Position the platform as a solution that improves patient access while helping practices increase revenue
• •Quantify ROI through improved reimbursement rates, increased client conversion, and expanded patient access
• •Present how the reimbursement solution integrates with a broader suite of practice growth and management tools
• •Build trust quickly while addressing objections related to insurance participation, reimbursement complexity, and cash-pay models
• •Maintain a high-volume sales cadence while delivering a personalized customer experience
• •Close opportunities during initial conversations when appropriate
• •Maintain proactive follow-up with active opportunities throughout the sales cycle
• •Develop outbound messaging and prospecting sequences for new, reconnect, and long-term opportunities
• •Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and customer activity within HubSpot
• •Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• •Share customer feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence with Product and Marketing teams
• •Help refine sales processes, messaging, and go-to-market strategies as the product continues to grow

Required Qualifications

• •3+ years of experience in full-cycle sales, account management, business development, or consultative B2B sales
• •Proven success meeting or exceeding quota in a metrics-driven sales environment
• •Experience managing a high-volume pipeline while maintaining a consultative sales approach
• •Strong discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills
• •Experience building relationships with business owners or professional service providers
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• •Experience maintaining accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
• •Strong organizational skills, accountability, and follow-through
• •Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• •Comfortable adapting to evolving products, priorities, and processes
• •Confidence navigating objections while maintaining an empathetic, customer-focused approach

Compensation

• •Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
• •Expected On-Target Earnings: Approximately $95,000
