Channel Account Manager

Remote (U.S.) | Approximately 30-40% Travel

TalentReach is hiring on behalf of a growing technology company seeking an experienced Channel Account Manager to drive strategic growth through national reseller partnerships. This is a high-impact role focused on developing long-term relationships with enterprise technology partners, expanding revenue, and executing joint go-to-market initiatives that accelerate business growth.

As a Channel Account Manager, you will own relationships with one or more national technology reseller partners while serving as the primary point of contact for all partnership activities. You will develop joint business plans, drive pipeline growth, enable partner sales teams, and work cross-functionally to maximize revenue through strategic channel relationships.

What You'll Do

• •Manage strategic relationships with one or more national reseller partners
• •Own partner revenue growth and achieve bookings targets aligned to assigned accounts
• •Develop and execute annual and quarterly joint business plans with measurable growth objectives
• •Build relationships with partner executives, sales leadership, account managers, and technical teams
• •Deliver product enablement sessions and sales training to increase partner engagement and product adoption
• •Collaborate with partner teams to identify, qualify, and accelerate new sales opportunities
• •Expand partner engagement across additional regions, business units, and branch locations
• •Manage partner programs including deal registration, marketing development funds (MDF), promotions, and incentive initiatives
• •Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance, pipeline health, and growth opportunities
• •Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM updates, and pipeline visibility
• •Partner with internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to execute successful channel strategies
• •Represent the company at partner meetings, customer engagements, industry events, and trade shows

Required Qualifications

• •5-10 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or strategic alliance management
• •Experience managing relationships with large national technology resellers, value-added resellers (VARs), or enterprise solution providers
• •Demonstrated success growing partner revenue and exceeding channel sales objectives
• •Experience developing joint business plans, partner enablement programs, and go-to-market initiatives
• •Strong understanding of channel sales programs including deal registration, MDF, rebates, partner incentives, and quarterly business reviews
• •Experience managing indirect sales models involving distributors and reseller networks
• •Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders from individual sales representatives through executive leadership
• •Excellent forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline
• •Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience working with enterprise networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or hardware technology solutions
• •Experience supporting national reseller organizations and distributor ecosystems
• •Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Outreach, or similar CRM and sales engagement platforms
• •Background in network infrastructure, networking tools, or test and measurement technologies
